Instructions

  1. Whip the cream and mix in a few raspberries. Peel and dice the pears, sauté in white wine with sugar. Mix the mascarpone with the egg liqueur.
  2. Put the pear compote and egg liqueur cream alternately in bowls, put a dollop of whipped cream on top, sprinkle with chocolate shavings and dust with cocoa powder. Serve chilled.
