Instructions

  1. Grease and mix a bundt pan. Preheat the oven to 180 ° C. Drain the pears and cut into small pieces.
  2. Stir the butter until soft. Add sugar, egg yolk and salt and keep stirring until the mixture is light. Mash the marzipan with a fork and mix with the lemon juice, ground almonds and sour cream. Add the pears and mix gently. Beat the egg white until stiff and add to the mixture with the flour - carefully fold in with a rubber scraper. Immediately pour the dough into the prepared baking pan.
  3. Put in the hot oven and bake on the middle rack for approx. 50-60 minutes. Let cool down and turn out while still warm.
  4. Tip: If you want, you can coat the cake with a chocolate icing.
