Instructions

  1. Clean and dice the carrots. Peel and dice the onion as well. Sauté both in oil, pour the stock over and simmer for 10 minutes.
  2. In the meantime, wash, core and dice the peppers. Add the peas and paprika, pour in the cream and simmer for 5 - 10 minutes. Season to taste and serve.
