Cook the peas in boiling water for 10 minutes. Clean the mushrooms and cut them in slices. Divide the schnitzel into small strips. Fry the schnitzel strips in butter and add the mushrooms and steam until the mushrooms are cooked through. Add the peas and cream and heat. Season to taste with salt, pepper and the brandy. Possibly Thicken the sauce a little. Sprinkle with chopped parsley before serving. This goes well with mashed potatoes.
