Instructions
Toast the crust of the bread in the hot fat with the finely chopped parsley and the onion cubes. Pour 1 liter of water, season with salt and a pinch of paprika.
Beat eggs lightly and pour into the boiling soup, stirring constantly.
Serve the spicy soup hot.
