Finely dice the onion, cut the paprika into strips, peel the potatoes and cut into cubes.
The meat in 1 tablespoon. Fry the oil, add the onion and let it turn to glass. Add potatoes and peppers and let simmer briefly. Season with the spices, except for the parsley, and add the stock until everything is just covered. Bring to the boil, stir, cover and simmer for 30-45 minutes over medium heat.
Mix the starch in a little water and use it to thicken the stew a little. Possibly season again with the spices. Serve with parsley (chopped) and the creme fraiche.
For the low-fat variant, omit the creme fraiche!
If I want it to be very low in fat, I always use turkey meat!
