Instructions

  1. Fry the bacon in the olive oil, remove from the pan. Sweat the onions in the remaining frying fat until they are translucent. Pour in the tomatoes and the panna da cucina and allow to reduce. Finally add the bacon and capers, season with chilli, basil, salt and pepper.
  2. Fold in the cooked noodles and serve.
  3. Of course, don`t forget the parmesan!
