- Cook the pasta as directed.
- In the meantime, cut the onion into small pieces and sauté in the butter.
- Now add the chopped ham, tomato paste and fresh, cleaned mushrooms and let simmer briefly.
- Then put a (or who would like two) glass of peas, fine, with carrots into the pan.
- Now pour the cream on, stretch a little with vegetable stock or milk if necessary, and add a little cheese to the sauce, if you like.
- Now strain the noodles and serve the whole thing nicely arranged!
