While the water is boiling, prepare the remaining ingredients. Chop and fry the onions until they turn light brown. Then add the spoonful of tomato paste and mix well. Add the mince and season with salt, pepper, cumin, thyme and paprika powder (if you like it a little spicy, you can add chili powder).
Put the yogurt in a bowl, press the garlic cloves into the yogurt, add salt and stir.
Sieve the pasta, put it back in the pan, add the fried mince and mix. Place the pasta on a plate, pour the yogurt sauce over it and serve immediately.
