Dice the onion, bell pepper and zucchini. Heat the oil and fry the minced meat in it until crumbly. Season with salt and pepper.
Add the onion and vegetables to the minced meat and sauté. Season with salt, pepper and paprika. Add the garlic powder or the finely chopped garlic cloves. Stir in the ketchup. Deglaze with the stock, wine and tomatoes. Let everything simmer for about 15 minutes.
Cook the pasta in salted water according to the instructions on the packet, then drain and serve with the minced meat sauce.
