Instructions

  1. Cook and drain the pasta as usual.
  2. Sweat the chopped onions in a little hot oil until they are translucent. Dice the cooked ham and add it together with the garlic and processed cheese. Then put the spinach in the pan and simmer everything together until the spinach has thawed and the cheese has melted. Round off with a dash of milk and cream each. Finally season with salt, pepper and a little nutmeg. Pour the sauce on the pasta and serve.
