Cut the chicken breast fillet into small pieces and fry in a little oil, add chopped onions and garlic. As soon as the browning is right, add the chopped tomatoes. Personally, I like it when the tomatoes are almost overcooked. Then deglaze everything with cream and season with herbs, spices and ketchup.
The dish was created out of necessity and we like it very much. Have already tried it as a gratinated casserole with cheese and we like that too.
