Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente.
  2. Meanwhile, lightly sauté the onion with the ham, then add the zucchini cut into cubes and fry. Pour in a little pasta water (approx. 10 tablespoon) and add the sour cream. If necessary, if the sauce is still too little, add a dash of cream and pepper well. Let it boil down a little.
  3. Then add the pasta and the diced feta and mix well. Arrange on plates and garnish with a little freshly chopped parsley.
