Instructions

  1. First cook the rice in vegetable stock. Meanwhile, cut the bell pepper into bite-sized cubes, the onion into fine cubes and chop the chilli pepper.
  2. Next, heat oil in a large pan or a large roasting pan and fry the pork meat in it and a short time later add the finely diced onion pieces, paprika and chilli and let everything fry for a few more minutes. Squeeze the garlic cloves directly into the roasting pan / pan, then add the tomato paste and stir until the minced has turned a red color (if it doesn`t spread properly, add a little water).
  3. Finally, put the rice in the roasting pan / pan and stir everything again until the rice has also taken on a reddish color. Season everything again with spices. To serve, add a few more dabs of crème fraîche on top.
  4. By the way, tastes good even without minced meat. Or if you don`t like spicy food, you can also leave out the chilli pepper.
