Clean or wash the vegetables and cut into large pieces.
First, sauté the pepper pieces in hot oil until they are soft. Then add the tomato pieces. Season with salt and garlic powder and simmer for 30 minutes. If the tomatoes do not contain enough water, add a little milk. Serve hot.
Fresh flatbread tastes good with it.
