Instructions

  1. Clean and dice the peppers and onions, peel the garlic clove. Melt some butter in a saucepan and sweat everything together.
  2. Then deglaze with the vegetable stock and cook with the lid closed until the pepper pieces are soft. Puree with a hand blender and season with salt, pepper, paprika and nutmeg.
  3. Serve the soup hot with a little creme fraiche!
