- Wash the peppers and tomatoes and cut them into pieces.
- Chop the onion and the garlic as well.
- Fry the onion and garlic (do not let them brown), then take them out of the pot.
- Fry the pepper and tomato pieces, then deglaze with approx. 200-250ml water. Add the onion and garlic pieces, as well as the canned tomatoes.
- Season with broth, depending on your taste.
- Simmer for about 15 minutes until the pepper pieces are no longer hard. Then mix well with the hand blender, IMPORTANT! Add tomato paste.
- Then add a little more water and season with pepper, salt and paprika powder.
- Very important: you also need 1-2 teaspoons of sugar!
- Finally the cream and then the tuna delicious !!
- The sauce tastes best the next day when it is well drained in the refrigerator!
- Noodles, dumplings, potatoes or rice go well with this.
- If you don`t like tuna it tastes very good without!
