Instructions
Halve the papaya lengthways and remove the seeds with a spoon. Then use the spoon to spoon out the pulp in bite-sized pieces and distribute on 2 plates. Spread 4 tablespoons of yoghurt on the pulp per plate and then sprinkle with black pepper.
Tastes good as breakfast and as a dessert.
