Ingredients

• 300 g strawberries
• 300 g cheese (German Brie)
• Pepper, coarsely ground black
• 100 ml port wine, white

Instructions

1. Clean and wash the strawberries as usual, pat dry with kitchen paper, cut into bite-sized pieces. Cut the cheese into approx. 1 cm cubes and fold into the strawberries. Arrange decoratively.
2. Pour the port wine over it, ideally spray over it with a small spray bottle and sprinkle everything with black pepper.
