Instructions

  1. Peel and dice the onion and garlic. Cut, core and dice the chilli peppers long ago.
  2. Heat the butter in a saucepan, sweat the onion and garlic in it, add the chilli. Sprinkle with flour, sauté briefly, deglaze with milk and cream. Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg, then leave to cool.
  3. Scald tomatoes, peel them and cut into thin slices. Cut the salami into 1 cm wide strips. Wash, quarter, core and cut the peppers into strips. Cut the mozzarella into slices.
  4. Grease the baking dish well, pour in some sauce, cover with a layer of lasagne plates. Spread some more sauce on top and about 1/3 of the remaining ingredients evenly on top. Continue in this way until all the ingredients have been used. Finally top with mozzarella slices.
  5. Bake in an oven preheated to 175 degrees for approx. 40 minutes.
