Peel the onions and cut into thin slices. Clean the pepper and cut into thin strips. Wash the tomatoes, cut in half and remove the stems, then dice.
Heat the oil in a saucepan and sweat the onions in it until translucent. Now add the pepper strips and tomato cubes and sweat for 2 minutes. Pour in the white wine and 400 ml of hot water and bring to the boil. Season with salt, pepper and paprika powder and simmer the soup covered for 5 minutes over low heat, then add the lemon zest. Now cut the fish into cubes and add to the soup. Cover everything and cook for 6 to 7 minutes. After 4 minutes add the prawns. Finally add the crème fraiche and herbs. Before serving, season the soup with salt and pepper to taste.
