Knead the flour, butter or margarine, sugar, egg, baking powder and vanilla sugar into a shortcrust pastry and line a 26-inch springform pan with it. Pull up a small edge.
Preheat the oven. Mix the quark, sour cream, oil, sugar, pudding powder, egg, milk and lemon oil well and pour into the springform pan. Bake for 1 hour at 175 degrees top / bottom heat on the bottom rack. Let the cake cool in the oven.
