Instructions

  1. Put the sour cream in a bowl and mix with the sugar, lemon juice and desiccated coconut until smooth.
  2. Peel the persimmons (works well with the peeler), halve, quarter and cut into small cubes. Peel the bananas, cut in half, quarter and also cut into small cubes. Possibly put some pieces of fruit aside for decoration.
  3. Immediately stir the fruits into the sour cream and serve the dessert cool.
