Instructions

  1. For the dressing, squeeze half of the lemon and grate the other half. Mix with a little olive oil, salt and pepper.
  2. Wash the persimmons and radishes, peel the onion and cut into thin slices.
  3. Wash and pluck the lettuce and mix with the rest.
  4. Carefully pour the dressing over the salad and season a little if necessary.
  5. A little cress goes well with the salad.
