• 150 g cream cheese, natural
• 3 tomato (s), dried
• 0.5 ½ shallot (s)
• 3 tablespoon heavy cream

Instructions

1. Mix the red pesto with the cream cheese, the chopped tomatoes and the shallot and smooth with the cream.
2. Chill for at least an hour before eating.
3. Baguette or ciabatta go well with it.
