Instructions

  1. Thaw the prawns, wash them thoroughly and pat dry. Grate the parmesan and set aside. Wash the parsley, basil and thyme, pluck the leaves and roughly chop everything. Roast the pine nuts in the pan. Take out of the pan and for the time being
  2. put aside.
  3. Cook the spaghetti in plenty of salted water according to the instructions on the packet.
  4. Heat the olive oil in the pan and briefly fry the prawns in it. When the prawns are almost cooked, add the roasted pine nuts and fry them for about half a minute. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  5. Drain the noodles in a colander, put them back in the pan and mix with two tablespoons of pesto and stir in well.
  6. Put the pasta on a plate. Spread the prawns with the pine nuts on top. Sprinkle the grated parmesan and chopped herbs on top.
