Instructions
- Cook the tortellini according to the instructions and allow to cool. Roast the pine nuts in a pan without oil.
- Mix the pesto with the vinegar, oil, sugar, pepper and salt in a bowl.
- Halve the tomatoes, chop the basil and add to the sauce with the mozzarella. Then add the tortellini and pine nuts and mix everything together.
- Now let the salad stand for at least 30 minutes.
