Wash the bean sprouts and cut the spring onion into approx. 1.5 cm pieces. Cut the tofu into 0.5 cm pieces and finely chop the garlic.
Cook the pasta for 5 minutes and rinse with cold water. Heat the sesame oil in a wok and fry the prawns, tofu, spring onions and garlic briefly and move to the edge. Fry the eggs in the middle and then mix with the other ingredients in the wok.
Add the noodles, bean sprouts, sugar, rice vinegar, soy sauce and fish sauce and stir.
