Instructions

  1. Cut the chicken fillets into pieces of any size. Cut the lemon into slices.
  2. Let the fat warm up in a pan. Fry the chicken until almost done. Then add the lemon wedges, basil, salt and pepper and continue frying. Then add the Philadelphia cream cheese. If it feels too thick, add some more water. Let it simmer on a low flame until everything mixes nicely.
  3. I took out the lemon slices one after the other because only the peel was left and they no longer looked nice. They had already served their purpose. In the meantime, e.g., rice and vegetables are cooked.
