Cut a pocket into each chicken breast and fill it with Philadelphia. Pepper and salt the meat. Wrap each chicken breast with 2 slices of ham.
Grease an ovenproof dish and put the wrapped chicken breasts in it. Then put the mold in the preheated oven for 20 to 25 minutes, until the chicken is cooked (clear juice comes out when piercing with a fork or a skewer).
Vegetables with mashed potatoes or croquettes also taste great.
