Instructions

  1. Whip the cream until stiff. In a bowl, stir the cream cheese with the sugar and vanilla sugar until smooth, fold in the cream. Drain the pears well, cut into small pieces and fold in.
  2. Roast the sliced almonds in a pan without fat and sprinkle over them. If you like, you can also add half pear halves and imperial cherries as a decoration.
