Instructions

  1. Cut turkey schnitzel into small strips. Chop the onion and fry it with the meat in a little oil. Remove the meat from the pan and bring the vegetable stock to the boil. Melt the Philadelphia cheese in it, add the mushrooms and meat, simmer a little, if the sauce is too thin, add a little sauce thickener and sprinkle with fresh parsley.
  2. This goes well with pasta or rice.
