- Beat the cheese, sugar, vanilla sugar, egg yolks and 1 cup of heavy cream to a cream.
- Whip the second cream with the cream stiffener until stiff, fold into the mixture until everything is creamy.
- Roast the almonds with the butter and add the sugar.
- Drain the sour cherries well.
- Arrange the whole thing in a glass bowl:
- 1 layer of cheese cream
- 1 layer of sour cherries
- 1 layer of cheese cream
- Almond mass
- Place in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
