- Wash the lettuce and spin dry. Sort the raspberries.
- Cut the flesh of the melon into narrow wedges.
- For the dressing:
- Mix balsamic vinegar with raspberry jelly, olive oil, salt and pink pepper / if desired, vegetable broth to lengthen.
- Arrange the salad on a deep platter, napkin with the dressing and garnish with melon wedges and raspberries.
- Goes wonderfully with beef fillet or lamb or fish or just like that with baguette.
