Instructions

  1. Wash the lettuce and spin dry. Sort the raspberries.
  2. Cut the flesh of the melon into narrow wedges.
  3. For the dressing:
  4. Mix balsamic vinegar with raspberry jelly, olive oil, salt and pink pepper / if desired, vegetable broth to lengthen.
  5. Arrange the salad on a deep platter, napkin with the dressing and garnish with melon wedges and raspberries.
  6. Goes wonderfully with beef fillet or lamb or fish or just like that with baguette.
