Peel the cucumbers and cut them into thin slices with a kitchen slicer. Add the salt, mix everything well and let stand for about an hour.
Make a brew from the remaining ingredients and bring to the boil.
Put the cucumbers in a sieve and squeeze out the resulting liquid as best as possible. Add the cucumbers to the boiling stock and bring to the boil briefly.
Pour the cucumbers and the stock into boiled glasses, turn them upside down and allow to cool.
