Cut the turkey breast into slices. Mix white wine, coconut milk and curry powder together. Pour in as much soy sauce and stir in until the marinade tastes a bit too salty, which is exactly how it is really good.
Place the turkey breast in it and let it steep in the refrigerator for at least 12 hours. Take out of the fridge 1 hour before grilling.
This marinade makes the turkey meat wonderfully tender when grilled.
