Instructions

  1. Dice aubergines, dice onions, dice tomatoes, chop carrots, cut peppers into strips and chop parsley.
  2. Add the tomatoes and peppers, salts and sugar, wait until it is watering.
  3. Put the oil in a saucepan, add all the ingredients except the garlic to the saucepan. Simmer for 40 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  4. Add chopped garlic 2-3 minutes before the end of the cooking time.
  5. Fill lettuce into glasses, close immediately and turn upside down.
