Instructions

  1. Cut the onions into rings, dice feta or feta cheese. In a large bowl, first layer half of the onions, then the cheese and rosemary. Press the garlic over it, season well with pizza seasoning. Pour the Thai chili sauce over it. Then spread the remaining onions on top and pour sunflower oil on top (everything should be covered). Again pizza spice over it.
  2. Let it sit for about 3 days.
  3. Tastes good with a hearty farmer`s bread, but also for grilling or as a starter with salad and white bread.
  4. Also long-lasting when filled in glasses, well suited as a gift.
