Cut the onions into rings. Mix the spices with the oil.
Put a layer of onions in a medium-sized, square bowl, top with the meat seasoned with marinade. Continue like this until the meat and onions are used up. Finally, season it and put an extra lot of onions on top.
Let it steep overnight.
Grill the meat, put the onions in an aluminum dish and put them on the grill.
Tip:
If you like it spicy, you can add chilli to the marinade.
