Instructions

  1. Cut the vegetable onions into slices, place in a sealable container and fill with warm water until the onion rings are completely covered. Add salt, sugar, vinegar and chopped parsley and mix, close the container and let it steep for +/- 12 hours.
  2. Goes well with gyros, souvlaki and other pan-fried dishes.
