Wash and dry the zucchini and cut lengthways into thin slices. Then fry in portions in heated olive oil.
Dice the feta cheese. Fill the fried zucchini slices with it and roll up. Put in a slightly higher form. Chop the garlic cloves and chilli pepper and place on the rolls. Sprinkle herbs over it and drizzle the balsamic vinegar over it.
Now put the mold in the fridge for 3 days before serving.
