Instructions

  1. Wash and peel vegetables. Then grate roughly and squeeze out well. Mix the flour, yeast, salt and curry powder. Whisk eggs and rapeseed oil, carefully heat lukewarm in the microwave and knead together with the vegetables into the flour mix. Cover the dough and let rise in a warm place for 30 minutes. Pre heat the oven to 180 degrees celcius. Grease the form, sprinkle with sesame seeds. Pour half of the dough in, press the sausages lengthways parallel into the dough and cover with the remaining dough. Bake in the oven (middle rack) for about 50 minutes. Cover with aluminum foil after 25 minutes. Allow to cool completely, transport in the tin and serve sliced.
