Pour sugar, salt, 1 tablespoon into warm milk. a spoonful of flour and yeast. Stir until smooth and leave to rise for 20 minutes.
When the dough has risen (if the yeast activity has not started, it is better to replace them), add vegetable oil to it. Add the sifted flour and knead the dough. It should be of medium density, not tight.
Cover the bowl with cling film and leave to rise for about 40 minutes.
Knead the dough and leave to rise under the film for another 40 minutes.
Divide the dough into portions and form pies with any filling.
Pies made from this yeast dough can be fried or baked. If you bake pies, leave them for 15-20 minutes for proofing, and brush with egg yolk on top before sending them to the oven.
