Dissolve salt, sugar and soda in warm butter (do not extinguish!).
Sift flour. Then add the butter mixture to the flour.
Drive one egg there.
Add cottage cheese.
Knead a soft dough.
Divide the curd dough into two unequal parts and refrigerate.
Make the filling. To do this, grate hard cheese on a coarse grater.
Peel the garlic, squeeze through a press.
Add garlic, Provencal herbs (or finely chopped dill) to the cheese, one egg and sour cream.
Mix well. The cheese filling for the pie is ready!
Turn on the oven and preheat to 180 degrees. Grease a baking dish with vegetable oil. Roll half of the dough into a layer according to the size of the mold, taking into account the sides. Put the rolled dough into a mold and make bumpers.
Spread the filling evenly on top.
Roll out the second part of the dough and cover the filling. Pinch the edges of the dough carefully.
Chop the surface of the pie with a fork and brush with a beaten egg.
Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Bake the curd dough pie with cheese filling in the oven for an average of 35-40 minutes.
