Instructions

  1. Roll out the puff pastry.
  2. Crumble the sheep`s cheese with a fork and mix with the sour cream until it becomes smooth. Peel off the garlic and cut as small as possible together with the pepper. Add both to the sheep`s cheese mixture and stir. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  3. Distribute the mixture evenly on the left and right of the puff pastry so that only a free line remains in the middle. Then roll up the puff pastry from both sides towards the center. Put the dough in the freezer for about 40 minutes, so it will be firmer and you can then better cut it into fine strips. Finally, place the pork ears on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven at 175 ° C for approx. 30-40 minutes (depending on the desired browning) on the middle shelf.
  5. You can enjoy the pig`s ears warm and cold.
  6. Tzatziki tastes good with it.
  7. Sufficient for approx. 30 pieces and is ideally suited for a finger food buffet!
