Instructions

  1. Sour the pike, season with salt, pepper and place on an oven tray drizzled with olive oil. Lard the top of the pike with bacon.
  2. Quarter the potatoes (as small as possible) and place them on the tray. Clean the carrots, cut into strips, and arrange the spring onions in rings and also on the baking tray. Top with lemon wedges and pieces of bacon cut into strips. Salt the vegetables and sprinkle with fresh rosemary needles if possible. Let everything cook in the oven at 180 degrees for 45 minutes. Just before the end of cooking, add a few more flakes of butter and that`s it.
  3. There is also a fresh leaf salad and wild rice.
