Instructions

  1. Cut the bacon into fine cubes and leave in the pan over low heat. Add the onions and fry briefly. Then add the potatoes to the pan and mix with the bacon and onions. Cover and fry over low heat for 30-45 minutes .. Turn occasionally.
  2. When the potatoes are soft and lightly browned, season with salt and pepper.
  3. Arrange on plates and e.g., fried eggs and cucumber salad are enough.
