Place the tortilla cakes next to each other. Peel the mango, remove the skin and stalk from the pineapple and dice both as small as possible. Mix the yogurt and liqueur.
Spread the wraps with nut nougat cream. Spread the pineapple and mango on top, drizzle with yoghurt and sprinkle with coconut flakes. Roll up the wraps, cut in half diagonally and serve.
