Ingredients

• 4 scoops ice cream (pineapple ice cream)
• 1 dl milk
• 6 slices bacon, fried crispy
• 2 shots Malibu coconut rum
• some cream, whipped until stiff

Instructions

1. Puree the pineapple ice cream with the milk, 4 slices of bacon and the rum with the magic wand and fill into 4 glasses.
2. Pour the cream on top and decorate with the two remaining, crumbled slices of bacon.
3. Tip: You can of course also use other rum or leave it out entirely.
