Instructions

  1. Remove all hard eyes from the peeled pineapple. Then cut 8 thin slices. If you don`t have a pineapple cutter, remove the hard middle part only after chopping it up with a small paring knife.
  2. Grease a baking dish with butter. Place the pineapple slices next to each other or place 4 slices on top of each other in portion molds.
  3. Squeeze the banana with a fork. Mix with sour cream, egg, lemon juice and zest, and vanilla sugar. Spread the banana glaze on the pineapple slices. Mix sugar, hazelnuts and cinnamon and sprinkle on top.
  4. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees (hot air 180 degrees) for about 18-20 minutes until golden yellow.
  5. The dessert is eaten hot out of the oven.
